I took the bus from Belfast International to Derry at 8:10 AM on 06/02/2025. I don’t normally write reviews, but in this case, I felt I had to.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to the bus driver—his friendliness and customer service were truly outstanding. I didn’t catch his name, but it was fantastic to see how he interacted with all passengers, ensuring everyone felt welcome and looked after.
He deserves to be commended for his exceptional service.
