Horrific service . Twice in a row . First time , the coach drove away early just as I approached to get on .
Second time ( yesterday 18/2/25) the coach didn’t turn up at all ( even though I was at the stop 15 mins before the timetabled time)
Stood in the bitter cold ( I am disabled & use a stick ) for 45 minutes waiting for another coach . Tried phoning customer service & was on hold for 25 mins , so I gave up . Appalling.
