The aircoach I booked and paid for never turned up. There were 7 of us waiting and no one had been notified of the cancellation. This was very stressful for all. I can no longer rely on the aircoach, a poor service. This is very disappointing as taxis are so expensive to the airport. I don’t understand why we weren’t notified as you have all our contact details.
