Very Poor customer service and flexibility. I booked a flight from the US, which was changed by the airline. Because I had not paid for the flexi ticket option, Aircoach refused to allow my family to reschedule. I am now faced with having to go and book 5 tickets again at great cost. For a family that had not been home to Ireland for nearly ten years it was bitterly disappointing. I will be at the bus station to ensure the 5 tickets I did pay for have empty spaces. Very very disappointing.
