Absolutely appalling communication!
I was due to go to Chicago on St Patrick's Day with work. I am cabin crew and booked my bus online from Upper Queen St, Belfast to Dublin Airport. I arrived 30mins prior to leaving.
When it was time to get on the bus, there was no bus!
An employee then proceeded to tell those waiting at Upper Queen St it was now to leave from the bus station which was 10min away. This was not advertised on the ticket!
I had 2 bags and was wearing heels only to be informed I had to do a 10min walk to catch a bus! As a result I and the others waiting all missed the bus.
After complaining, Aircoach give no email, no apology, nothing!
I missed my flight. I didn't get compensation and lost out on getting paid. I then had to pay another bus (Translink) to take me to Dublin airport!
I and others were extremely disappointed and totally disgusted at the response of the company. This company is unreliable and I will not be using this service in the future and will be telling as many people as I can not to be booking or depending on this service.
They have extremely bad customer service and duty of care.
