I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They sold me the wrong ticket and refused to refund me, which is absolutely ridiculous. Not only was I stuck with a ticket I didn’t need, but their customer service was absolutely unhelpful and dismissive.
I regret choosing Aircoach and will NEVER use them again. If you're looking for a hassle-free travel experience, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
