Had an issue regarding a double overcharge because of a failed ticket confirmation on the Aircoach App
Followed the instructions and filled in the online request form and had an acknowledgment within 12 hours, a lovely response from a chap called Jamie and a full no quibble refund within 4 days
Can’t ask for better customer service than that.
The return journey from Cork to Dublin was on time and the drivers were helpful and friendly
I took away one star because on this occasion I used the toilet and it was a bit grim - no soap or loo paper and I won’t be doing that again
