I am in my 70s and found it very difficult to get on the coach as it is too high off the ground.
It was embarrassing as another passenger had to assist me.
Also the coach stopped at Terminal 2 and I had to walk to T1.
Also I did not find the driver helpful.
It is useless if you have a mobility issue but don’t use a wheelchair.
