The ticket I initially purchased did not get scanned in your machine which led be to buy another ticket. I didn’t select the flexi option bcoz I knew I was not gonna cancel the ticket. The mishap happened from your end and you still refuse to refund me which is simply appalling to say the least. If you can’t return ppl the extra money you are taking from them atleast fix your system so that we don’t land in a situation where I have to buy another one bcoz your stupid system phone scan the first one. I am no longer travelling with air coach after this treatment. It’s sad you are willing to lose customers rather than fix your mistakes
