I had booked on the 01:20 service from Dublin T2 to the Clayton hotel. I and a few others turned up for the service but it did not arrive. We then had to wait until 02:20 for the next service. It was 2 degrees and as you can see early in the morning. I had to drive to Cork from the Clayton hotel so I did not get home until 6 am after arriving into T2 at midnight.
I queried tis with Aircoach to be told that the 13:20 service did run. I correct them on the time and they informed me that from their tracking system they could tell the 01:20 service did also run. I contradicted this and they investigated this to establish the service did run fromT1 but the driver decided not to bother going to T2.
If this is the service provided I would suggest you should never use this company and I certainly will never use them again even though I have used it for years. There are better alternatives.
Just not going to a stop and then arguing that you did is no way to run a service.
