I took the 02:25 Route 700 service from Dublin Airport this morning. As I was preparing to show my over 65 free travel pass, I saw that driver was preparing a normal ticket. I showed my free pass and he goes" I don't know this card, you have to pay". And he made a nonsense remark that it is valid only in the Northern Ireland. Even though I said it is a valid card a nd he should accept it, he insisef that I should pay. He was ignorant, rude and obnoxious. As it was cold and rainy I had to pay 14 EUR. I request that this amount should be refunded to me immediately. I use your company's busses for a long time but this time I am really disappointed in your company.
