Me and my friends took an aircoach bus to go from Dublin to Cork. The 6 of us had book in advance, unfortunately a mistake had been made and a seat was missing for one of my friends. Instead of offering a solution or a refund the bus driver was really rude and ask her to leave because he was in a rush and had to go. It was his mistake but didn't do anything to fix it and rush us to the door and told us to take the next bus.
Next time fix the solution or offer a refund because we had booked our seats...
