My experience with Aircoach was really bad, as I had recently gone on a trip with a group of six, for which we had booked our seats way in advance. In the Bus, the driver noticed that there was one seat too little for my friend because of a mistake he had made earlier. Instead of apologizing or trying to find a solution, he wanted to usher her out of the door and make her take the bus an hour later, because he "really has to leave at 10" (us too, btw). Of course, everyone makes mistakes, but the attitude that was shown towards us was not acceptable. Therefore, I will also tell others not to travel with Aircoach, as they seem unrealiable and unhospitable.
