Got the bus from Dublin to cork on the 18th of April at 3:25PM and was the worst 4 hours of my life. The heating system was broken and was maxed on the heating. No word of a lie it was 35 degrees in the cabin and the driver could not turn it off. Multiple people (10 plus) complained to the driver and still could not turn it off. The best we got was the emergency windows on the roof opened by a 1-2 cm. For someone who has asthma this is absolutely dangerous. I almost had to get the bus driver to pull over so I could get a breath or two in, this was absolutely unsafe and unacceptable. Secondly the WiFi was not working, and I have read all over the website and bus there is free WiFi on all busses. Again this was not working. Coming all the way from Australia I don’t have reception or data on my phone as I’m in a new country and the WiFi would be very handy to arrange a pick up after the bus. Again unacceptable, I was stuck at the bus stop and had to find a shopping mall with WiFi to arrange a pick up. These facilities they operate are supposed to help out for these reasons and you can’t provide that. I’m not one to complain but I can’t believe that service was 44 euro for the two of us.
