After booking an Aircoach from Dublin City Centre to the airport, a demonstration prevented any traffic going through the city, so we had to jump in a taxi instead. But after writing to Aircoach customer service through the App, they refunded me my money within a couple of days. So all good in the end.
It would just be good if such planned demos would be communicated through the app in future in advance, to prevent the inconvenience in the first place.
