I made a mistake when booking. I accidentally booked 2 different time slots. It was for 8 people. I contacted Aircoach as soon as I had made the second booking and let them know that it was by mistake.
I did not buy the Flexi pass. I thought they might refund some at least but no. I understand that it was my fault. We used one set of tickets. I just think it’s bad customer service.
