Extremely unhelpful customer service. Made a mistake on pick up location when booking, I realised it the minute I read the confirmation and emailed them immediately to change pick up location, literally 3 minutes after booking. I’m not changing date or time and still leaving the same general area, 3 days later I received a reply to say NO. I really hate using Companies that don’t appreciate their customers, thankfully there is an alternative doing the same route.
