The only reason I deducted a star was that the coach we'd booked was cancelled so we had to wait for a later one. Otherwise, 5 star treatment! Even the cancellation was handled properly. I received an email informing me about it. So I really should give it 4.9 stars. An excellent service that I highly recommend.
