Very frustrating to be on a 3 and 1/2 hour journey & not have the facility to charge my phone It’s advertised that charging facilities would be available and the outlets were either broken or not working and I tried several of them This is really inconvenient The bus was also very hot as the air conditioning wasn’t very effective
