Once you’re on the bus the service is grand. Drivers are always nice
However the website is atrocious- it constantly deletes what you input - dates / location / destination. And if you put in the wrong terminal you then can’t change it - which is the most unhelpful and annoying thing.
Also the service is regularly cancelled which again is not helpful
For the only service to the airport for the public to have it be inconsistent and not aid passengers and have a terrible website you would think they would improve and be more accommodating
