I purchased a ticket for 7:30pm on May 16. I stand in line and wait for the bus. Bus arrives, lets half the line in, and then says “sorry we are full you have to wait for the next one at 8:40”. A ticket purchased for 7:30 is a RESERVATION and you bastards are fleecing us with this policy of not guaranteeing seats. I had to buy a different shuttle to the city and want a refund.
