I am still a regular and loyal user of Aircoach bus.
But today 19may2025 08am DUB time, when booking, I got a new series of booking screens.
I got immediately suspicious.
There was not announcement.
>> I have chosen email as my way to interact with them, but got no email or advise on their website,
The aircoach website has changed to a NEW booking screens (= I mean, the market, the place where you choose points A>B, you then enter your PERSONAL details, your BANK details, EVEN you CCV code to buy!!!).
So I felt the website could have been hacked by somebody posing as legit, to steal personal data and bank proceedings. And money.
So I ran the screen but stopped at "payment".
Then I went back to home, choose the tab (from city X to city Y), and ran booking again.
There, that time I got familiar screens, UNTIL booking and payments screens appeared.
I had to book and pay, but I felt uneasy.
I recovered my tranquility, partially, when I got their email with payment +in QR +out QR.
**My request to Aircoach**:
1. DO Value your repeating customers.
2. An unannounced change look SUSPICIOUS, specially with booking & payment.
FAMILIARITY is the name of the game.
3. The notion of voluntarily entering into a scam, because you need to buy a service, is stressful.
4. Please, just find a way to tell us that a change is coming and tell us WHY it will be better for both sides. I don't care about any IT or management trying to make their lives easier. No.
5. I do care about my money and where I am putting it.
No need to answer me. Just try to make your process BE and LOOK secure.
