I was overcharged despite presenting the driver with my DAC staff card. I should have received a discount, not a price increase (compared to online cost). I have submitted a complaint on 17/5/25 and have not yet received a response. I have sent photo proof of my staff ID and the bus receipt. I have not yet received my refund.
