Very poor customer service. I had an issue booking through the app. 3 times error message when paying and booking didn’t go through. However the money was taken from my account. One week later after 3 calls to customer service I am still not refunded. I have sent numerous emails over this week and still have not had a reply! I eventually talked to a customer rep who who has escalated the issue to ‘back office’ and told me it will take 3-5 working days before they get back to me! Meantime I’m still down £60 through no fault of my own!
