We were at the stop 20 minutes prior to the pick up time but the driver didn't stop even though there were four people waiting (2 for Belfast International airport and two for Dublin airport). We all had our tickets pre-booked so the driver would know he had to pick up. As a result we had to book a taxi which cost us more money. Not reliable at all.
