REQUEST FOR REFUND DECLINED! Booked an online ticket for Aircoach 700. The bus was a no-show. No transport to the airport by Aircoach. Instead I had extra cost of an UBER taxi to get to the airport on time. And finally: refunding the ticket is not possible, because I did not book a flex ticket. Are you serious? A flex-ticket is needed in case the Aircoach does not show up at all? Thank you for nothing!!
