I purchased tickets for a bus that was disrupted by a half marathon and Aircoach didn't send me a single email or notification to let me know the bus was not stopping at my selected stop. I only found out when I went to the stop on the day. I paid for a service that I didn't receieve and was told that I cannot even get a refund! Terrible service.
