I made a time error when booking my ticket. I rebooked for the correct time, and emailed the company to explain my mistake. I promptly received approval for a refund on my incorrect ticket. Our bus driver was friendly, and did a great job of navigating heavy traffic in tight spaces. The bus was spotlessly clean. An excellent experience from start to finish.
