We booked the wrong date, we booked for June 23rd instead of the 24th. We realised immediately after the I selected the wrong date. I tired to call, but they were closed for the weekend. I called today (Tuesday), I spoke with a customer services representative named Givoni. He asked with we purchased the flexibook, we did not. We usually do, but thought our flights to the US are booked so we will just leave it. He then asked if we called immediately, I said that we did, but it was on Friday evening and you were closed on the weekend. He basically called us liars, and was very unhelpful. He also said the if we would of called within 48hrs then he could amend the booking. You were closed on Saturday and Sunday, so this is within 48hrs. He then says then you should of called yesterday. Unfortunately that was not a possibility. He refused to help. I get it I booked the wrong date, but there should be some leeway without having to purchase add ons.
