The coach never arrived, forcing me and other travelers to find alternative transport to the airport. Customer support was very unhelpful, stating that tickets are non-refundable if the coach doesn’t show up, as they are marked as 'Scanned', even if you brought the useless ticket insurance.
This would suggest there ticket-monitoring system is either incapable of checking which tickets are used, or they do not care enough to check the system.
I would not rely on this coach to get to the airport, it's better to use Dublin Express coaches.
