Absolute waste of time! Booked a ticket at the desk at Dublin airport, was told there would be a bus in 15 minutes. We then stood and waited for an hour and 15 minutes in which time 3 busses should have arrived. No sign of any busses and the staff on the desk made false claims that they were checking where the busses were without doing anything.
When a refund was requested we were informed this isn’t policy unless you had bought the add on. Lying and uninformed staff working for a shambles of a company that isn’t fit for purpose
