I wanted to change my booking with Aircoach via de website (flexi booking). However, on every trial I made, in the end the change could not be made because that part of the website was not available. Then, I sent an email and within an hour, the change was made to my satisfaction. That was great and I hope that Aircoach has meanwhile remedied the website problem. I am grateful for the simple way in which the company helped me.
