I would like to revise my initial review, as new information has come to light. The second time I contacted Aircoach—using the form on their website to request a refund for my unused tickets—I received a prompt reply, which was particularly impressive given that it was a Sunday. Aircoach assured me they would process the refund, and I received it a few days later. I appreciate their responsiveness and resolution in this case, so I’m willing to give them another chance for future bus trips. However, after my first negative experience, I still wouldn’t risk booking their service when catching a flight. Reliability is critical for airport transfers, and I don’t yet feel confident enough to depend on them in that situation.
