We bought two tickets from terminal 1 to the city to get off at O’Connell bridge which we informed the driver of the 16:20 700 bus. The driver didn’t stop and we had to get off at the next stop and then try to get back to our stop. We had a take a taxi and waste money on this. I would not recommend Aircoach in future as the driver ignores the stops requested and there is no indication on the bus for the next stop for people new to your city. Another passenger who was an aircoach employee was on the bus and can confirm the problem
