I have to say paying the extra £5 for full refund is worth it. If your circumstances change. I wasnt hopeful at first as I did not get to process the request until i got my battery charged on my phone until i got home which overlapped with the time the bus was due to depart. However, thankfully this service permitted the refund. So defs worth purchasing if in doubt.
