There is noone available to answer the phone on a Saturday. The website has crashed. I’m in Rome on a delayed flight trying to change my flexibook booking to Dublin. On the app it’s trying to charge me to change (even when I paid for flexibook) and even when I say I’ll accept the charge the website not working error message appears.
Very disappointing Aircoach!
I plan to explain to the driver this ridiculous set of circumstances and expect to be allowed on a later bus to Belfast.
You need a tel no and a human being to speak to people at weekends! You can’t rely on a website or app ! And I don’t have Twitter so that isn’t an option either!
