I arrived at terminal 2 and have went straight to the air coach terminal at the bottom of the escalator, my bus was scheduled for 16:20, I have arrived at 16:10 to have a female member of staff with brown hair say “Belfast/Derry” and point to a queue, the time turns 16:21 and I ask her “is this the queue for Belfast?” For which she tells me the Belfast bus has just departed. I have had to sprint to terminal 1 with a severe ankle injury carrying a suit case all because all a very simple lack of communication from your staff! I have used Air coach many times before but this was a serious breach of trust, the staff member clearly couldn’t be bothered to give clear directions to exhausted travellers and very obviously doesn’t have a clear gauge of what she is doing! Absolutely terrible experience after a 6 hour flight.
