Going to Dublin airport service ran on time in the morning. Bus was very clean and children were welcomed aboard.
Returning from the airport the bus left before the scheduled time so we missed it. This was disappointing and managed poorly by ground staff at the stop.
I reported it to the aircoach office and got a prompt response and apology which was appreciated. They also advised that a review would happen.
Overall I would use the service again going to/from the airport.
