I always use AirCoach by preference and found the clean, comfortable and a lovely way to take the hassle and stress out of the journey. I have been trying to organise a trip (post covid) and find their customer service robot unflexible and unhelpful as my queries dosn’t fit into their box and they have removed their phone contact from their website. On top of the no-show unreliability issues reported on their feedback it reflects badly on what had always been an excellent luxury coach service. I’m probably gojng to have to take the car now as I can’t get my fairly basic question answered.Its a pity as I always enjoyed using Aircoach in the past.
