Fist time customers: you’ll be great (good service, reliability) as long as your plans don’t change last minute or taking a late flight. I’ve used this service for years and it’s very convenient if it suits your area. There have been many improvements (user experience, flexi booking, signalling). I appreciate that the frequency is not ideal (702 in particular) however the company should allow for more flexibility to refund when plans change last minute. Whenever I had an issue (not so many to be honest) I’ve received good support. AirCoach: revise the night frequencies and I’d be willing to pay even more for flexi booking if it were possible reasonably (for the customer) close to the departure date.
