I am very annoyed as I was over charged and was able to see that on the day at the time of being overcharged and yet the driver who overcharged me was not able to refund me my money. I have had to spend inordinate amount of time trying to get my money refunded . It is ridiculous. Your machine said my card was declined twice yet charged my credit card both times. I paid a third time with my debit card and was offered a ticket on the bus. It is really bad . I am sure many others have also had this same experience. The problem is not that i was overcharged but the tardiness with which this problem is being addressed .
