Once again, the aircoach was severely delayed. The 702 route was due to arrive to Monkstown at 9.17am and arrive at 9.38am by which time I had to get a taxi to avoid missing my flight. I don’t know how it took 40 mins to get from Killiney to Monkstown.
When I asked for a refund, I was told I couldn’t get one because I didn’t book “flexibook”. I shouldn’t have to pay extra to protect my trip from your delays (which are not an uncommon occurrence). Absolute terrible service.
