Not the best idea to have City and Nationwide services departing from same bus stop ... far too frantic at busy times.
'Chief' and his co-worker at ticket office are the most polite and helpful of people. Drivers are apparently not obliged to help their passengers with luggage - but Chief cheerfully helped everyone load their luggage.
The second lad kindly rang a driver who left early at 15.23 and asked him to return for some passengers.
Well done to these 2 employees - Tuesday 2/9/25 at 15.30
