I paid for a specific ticket and the bus did not turn up and no notification. They also refused to I give me a refund telling me I could have got the best bus. There was a coach sitting there and the driver was extremely rude to me and other passengers .Myself and a few other passengers waiting ended up having to get a taxi for the airport. Shocking customer service.
