Just had my old ducted system replaced and it was a great experience all round. The price was substantially better than the competition and totally transparent, ie, they priced the installation and system saparately. It made it very easy to evaluate other quotes. The installer was also great and the whole thing, from the request for quote to completion went without a hitch.
