“Fantastic products and process as always. Also I was a little frustrated as they couldn't provide time frames on how long we could expect for the products to be available for pick up despite calling to ask. Their chat email service was great subsequently to this.”

“As a two time customer over a two year period I found the purchasing and installation process easy and efficient. The invoice for final payment was issued and I paid this immediately upon receipt as I do all bills. The day after payment I received a very rude email/text suggesting I had an outstanding account, not very nice, caused me great angst and stress. I emailed my frustration and was told it was an automatic email as there bank hadn't cleared the payment although the rep from the company explained that the payment had been made. Go figure!, I wouldn't run my business with such an offensive poilcy. Never again.”

However, we're genuinely sorry that the automated payment reminder you received caused you frustration and stress. We understand how receiving such a message after you've already made payment would be upsetting. Our payment reminders are generated automatically when a payment has not yet appeared as cleared in our system. Unfortunately, there can sometimes be a delay between a payment being made and it being reflected in our bank records. “I was pleased I found Airconditioning Online and was able to save some money on the installation of a new ducted unit. Martin came out to do a site inspection, he noticed that the breaker for the aircon was inadequate. I have a new bigger breaker and a more powerful aircon unit. My previous unit was actually a little small for the house size. AO sell a wide variety of brands but I went with Fujitsu again as my last unit had lasted 23 years. The day after my account was settled I had an issue, could well have been my ignorance in operating the unit but the team lead Andy came back to sort it out and I really appreciated that. Installation took a week instead of a couple of days due to one of the guys being sick and a vehicle breaking down and requiring parts but otherwise went well, though communication could have been better. I would use them again.”
