“The customer consultation service is insufficient, and the order processing does not provide customers with enough services, such as installation time and date. The installation service is excellent, the installation team desired 100 marks.”

“We are delighted with Air Condtioning Online. After receiveing an outrageous quote from a competitor, I searched for another vendor. Air Condtioning Online came up and the website was easy: you can see the available models, including their specifications, and you can see the cost. You can also see the cost for installation, including a $49 site-visit, and everything went smoothly. The customer service team reached out to me as soon as I had requested a quote, and the installation was scheduled withing two weeks. We purchased two units, and the combined cost, including installation, was less than half of the quote provided by a competitor. We had existing reverse-cycle airconditoners which were no longer operational, but I thought replacemnt would make installation easier. Turns out our job was bigger than expected, so the installation team had to come back the next day to finish installation of the second unit, but they were puncutal, efficient and friendly. And no surprise extra costs! I have no hesitation in recommending Air Conditioning Online: why woud you go with someone else?”

“After taking to several companies regarding reverse cycle aircon for our 3 bedrooms I settled on Airconditioning online and couldn’t be happier with the price for the Fujitsu units and the multi outdoor unit. the installers Davis and Kim worked over 12 hours on install day and Davis came back on the weekend to double cycle all was well and adjusted my side gate to close due to the cabling covers that restricted it closing. I can’t speak highly enough of their professionalism”

“It was my first time buying an air conditioner on line and I was quite nervous . Normally I buy electrical appliances in store . Aircondioning Online was so easy to deal with from speaking to someone on the phone to delivery it was faultless . I would definitely recommend them .”

“They called me the day after I ordered to ask if someone would be home to receive the AC unit, but couldn't give a delivery date. They said they would call with the date before the delivery. The next day I received a call while I was at work from a truck driver asking for help unloading the 30kg carton from the truck. Fortunately I had a trolley at home and told the driver where to find it so he could move the carton to the front of my garage. He said he couldn't deliver it by himself without a trolly, which is fair enough as its very heavy. So no call from Airconditioning Online until weeks after the delivery asking if i received it. I guess the driver worked for the manufacturer (TECO), not Airconditioning Online.”

“I cannot praise this company highly enough. I was sceptical as hadn't used them before but from ordering, explaining, answering questions promptly, then the follow up with making sure we knew where they were to be picked up from or also the paired pipe was being delivered. When I ordered it said delivery would be January 5th and I was happy with that but we had them before the 24th of December. Pick up in Toowoomba went smoothly.”

“I ordered from Airconditioning Online because of the price. Having been told the item was in stock, I was concerned when the collection address was withheld and I was told that the time to process the order might be 10 business days. After complaining (the remote customer service was good), I was able to pick up the next day. So, a happy ending, but why couldn't I have been given the warehouse address immediately?”

“I had problems with the remote controller for my TECO airconditioner and intiallyb had difficulty finding the correct contoller on line. Once Aircondioning- Online realised my problems they provided me all the information I need to set up the purchase details. They guided me through the process and were very patient and very helpful.”
