“Impressed with the equipment. The pick up point was difficult to get into as the boom gates were all closed with no way in. Once inside the service was excilent.”

“I was pleased I found Airconditioning Online and was able to save some money on the installation of a new ducted unit. Martin came out to do a site inspection, he noticed that the breaker for the aircon was inadequate. I have a new bigger breaker and a more powerful aircon unit. My previous unit was actually a little small for the house size. AO sell a wide variety of brands but I went with Fujitsu again as my last unit had lasted 23 years. The day after my account was settled I had an issue, could well have been my ignorance in operating the unit but the team lead Andy came back to sort it out and I really appreciated that. Installation took a week instead of a couple of days due to one of the guys being sick and a vehicle breaking down and requiring parts but otherwise went well, though communication could have been better. I would use them again.”
