“I ordered from Airconditioning Online because of the price. Having been told the item was in stock, I was concerned when the collection address was withheld and I was told that the time to process the order might be 10 business days. After complaining (the remote customer service was good), I was able to pick up the next day. So, a happy ending, but why couldn't I have been given the warehouse address immediately?”

“accidently ordered only half the unit, team advised this and made it easy to credit payment to the complete system I needed. Item was not available locally so took a while to deliver to the courier warehouse, delivery charges were too high compared to the cost of the system”

“Airconditioning online has a very extensive and broad range of brands, many different models and types of air conditioners. It’s a great place to shop and buy an air conditioner if you know what you want. It’s a very good website with easy to navigate features. We purchased our air conditioner and it was ready for pickup in two days from when we paid in full. Thanks to the website we got the best aircon deal ever, the best unit at the best price available.”

“Purchase two units not installed due to Christmas break and contract holidays. Insulated pipe 20 m delivered within the week however units delivered about 12 days later. Service from aircon online very good, good experience and helpful advice”
