“I ordered from Airconditioning Online because of the price. Having been told the item was in stock, I was concerned when the collection address was withheld and I was told that the time to process the order might be 10 business days. After complaining (the remote customer service was good), I was able to pick up the next day. So, a happy ending, but why couldn't I have been given the warehouse address immediately?”

“I had problems with the remote controller for my TECO airconditioner and intiallyb had difficulty finding the correct contoller on line. Once Aircondioning- Online realised my problems they provided me all the information I need to set up the purchase details. They guided me through the process and were very patient and very helpful.”

“Aircondioning online has a massive range of brands which are competitively priced. They arranged a local installer who did an initial site visit and planned location of outdoor unit, vents etc. Took some time to complete installation, but December is the busiest month for air condioning technicians. The unit has only been in for two days so can't comment on the performance in extreme weather but we are very satisfied with the entire process.”

“Airconditioning Online provided an onsite vist with professional who gave us expert advice on the best air con options for our place- there was no guess work nor inexperienced advice from a salesperson as you would get at a major retail store. AND, best of all, we got an unbeatable price with prompt installation from a team that were super professional and knew their trade. “I knew the brand and model I needed for a fully ducted system. After spending some time researching online I landed with Airconditioning Online, also saved $550 delivery by collecting from their Qld warehouse. From the start their communication was brilliant, regular updates and detailed instruction for collection. Even followed me up post collection to see if everything proceeded as planned. I highly recommend Airconditioning Online and will certainly be using them again.”

“I have bought ten of these air cons from this company ,as they are competitive on there pricing and the units work excellent. I have placed them in our rental properties and commerical propertie. “I found this company online and they had the best price for the unit I was after. Bought it and got a responce very soon after. Was told that it would take between 1 and 10 days but it was ready to pickup within 3. Perfect. Have alreay had it installed so I'm stoked!!”
