The staff covered a very urgent need of mine with utmost professionalism. They used multiple communication channels to get the process running faster. The only thing I'd suggest them work on is the order process time. If they can unlock the ablility to process an order for a product that's in the stock within a day and make it ready for pickup from warehouse, it would be great. Having said that, they still have been very helpful and I will come back to this store when I need another air conditioning product.
